• Stand with your feet together.
• Shuffle to the right, then back to the center, and shuffle to the left.
• Feel the groove as you shuffle for 20 seconds.
Galactic Arm Swings
• Stand with your feet hip-width apart.
• Extend your arms straight out to the sides.
• Swing your arms forward in a cross-over motion, alternating sides.
• Feel the stretch and rhythm as you swing for 15 seconds.
Main Exercises
Now that you're warmed up, let's dive into the heart of the workout! These main exercises are designed to enhance your cosmic prowess and ignite your inner Star-Lord. Are you ready to rock 'n' roll?
Jetpack Boot Jumps
• Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
• Bend your knees and explode into a jump.
• Land softly and repeat for 12 energetic jumps.
Star-Lord Blaster Shots
• Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
• Extend your right arm forward, as if firing a blaster, while stepping your left leg back.
• Alternate sides and perform 15 blaster shots on each side.
Milano Starship Lunges
• Take a step back with your right leg, extending your arms forward.
• Bend your knees to lunge down, imagining you're piloting the Milano starship.
• Return to the starting position and switch legs.
• Complete 10 lunges on each side.
Galactic Crunches
• Lie on your back with your legs lifted and bent, forming a tabletop position.
• Extend your arms above your head.
• Crunch up, reaching your arms toward your raised knees.
• Perform 12 galactic crunches.
Quill's Quick Steps
• Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
• Lift your right knee and bring it up toward your chest, while simultaneously raising your left arm.
• Return to the starting position and switch sides.
• Perform 15 quick steps on each side.
Cooldown
Now it's time to wind down and let your cosmic energy settle. Your body deserves some interstellar relaxation after this celestial workout.
Milano Twists
• Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart
• Reach your arms up and lean gently to one side, feeling the stretch.
• Alternate sides and hold each stretch for 15 seconds.
Celestial Hamstring Stretch
• Sit on the ground with one leg extended and the other leg bent, foot resting against the inner thigh.
• Lean forward from your hips and reach towards your extended foot.
• Feel the stretch in the back of your thigh and hold for 15 seconds.
• Repeat on the other side.
